Booking and Contact
When booking a yoga session, we collect your name, phone number, and email.
This information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.
You will automatically receive email and SMS reminders when you book a session.
Payment and Terms
Payment is accepted via MobilePay or cash only – credit cards are not accepted.
All sessions must be paid for in advance or upon arrival.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session.
Late cancellations incur a 300 DKK fee.
If you cancel less than 3 hours before your session or fail to show up, the full price is charged.
Cancellations must be sent via SMS to +45 2860 3934 or Messenger.
Email or voicemail cancellations are not accepted. You will receive a confirmation when your cancellation is received.
Session Notes & Confidentiality
For therapeutic sessions, relevant information may be recorded with your consent.
All personal data is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR.
